Axel started his journey as a technology pioneer in the telecommunication industry creating synergy from traditional and new media before setting up his own independent business. During the past more than 10 years he was and still is constantly reflecting on his work to continuously improve deliverying value to his clients.
While consulting a former amazon vice president on internet and elearning businesses in asia and being responsible as the head of development for reporting directly to the chair of the board, he quickly realized that the culture and structure of an organisation have a significant impact on knowledge creation and the ability to deliver valuable products.
Since then Axel's primary focus shifted towards creating collaborative environments and working on global optimization.
After being a co-supervisior and examiner at the University of Applied Sciences for Engineering and Economics (HTW Berlin) for the study course International Media and Computing in the subject "Collaborative tools for SME", he and one of the students spon off a collaboration platform on the Internet becoming one of the top 10.000 most reached websites worldwide.
In the recent years Axel was working with one of the largest german government agencies supporting them with consulting, training and coaching towards an agile organisation.
Besides various certifications in surrounding fields, Axel has been a delegate at the KnowTech the first Wikimania and the first European Scrum Coaching Retreat.
His experience is underpinned by holding a British B.Sc.(hons) in Computing from the University of Central Lancashire, a German Diplom(Dipl. Inf.) in Computer Science from the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen and he will soon become an accredited coach with a Post Graduate Degree in Personal and Business Coaching from Chester University(UK).
Most important for involvement are positive attitude, collaboration, meaningfulness and challange.
